Neil is also offer group fitness training options for those who like to train with company / friends!

Research shows that friends who exercise together get better results. This gives you a good reason to start and stick to your fitness training sessions. 

Another advantage of group fitness training is that the group can spread the cost of a session, which means it’s financially preferable than one-to-one personal training. 

MMA Conditioning & Strength Circuit – Hard Core

This new circuit class training session is not for the faint hearted!


The session will be fun and fast paced while structured according to class members’ individual fitness level. You don’t have to be a professional mixed martial arts fighter to train like one! Mixed Martial Arts training incorporate techniques from various combat sports including Goju Ruy Karate, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. Utilizing MMA Training techniques is a great way to get stronger, fitter and leaner. Meanwhile, you will also be trained with explosive movement and endurance exercises.

Goliath’s Fitness Circuit – Intermediate 

Goliath’s Fitness Circuit is perfect for groups of 4 to 8 people – it is designed to help you exercise in a small group where you will get some individual attention from the trainer as well as the encouragement from your fellow group members. 

What I Can Expect From A Fitness Circuit Class?

Each session lasts 1 hour. Within the session a combination of training methods will be utilized, including Cardio exercises, vibration training, strength and conditioning workouts. The purpose is to build up overall fitness level through out continuous sessions, including increasing muscle strength, improve joint function, increase aerobic/anaerobic endurance and tone the body.

Do I Need To Have The Same Fitness Levels Of Group Members To Train In This Group?

You don’t have to have the same fitness level as all the other group members. Neil will give individual attention and instructions during each session.

How To Join A Fitness Circuit Training Group ?

There are 2 ways that you can join Goliath’s Fitness Circuit. You can either find your own group of friends and then book an appointment with Neil, or you can join an existing group.

Price of Group Fitness Training Sessions

  • £15 per session
  • £100 for 10 sessions

Goliath’s Boot Camp

Neil offers a cutting edge Boot Camp style training, his workouts are fun, safe and very effective at getting results. His bootcamp is like no other. Permanently located with the correct equipment to really challenge you and achieve results.

Circuit Class Schedule:
• Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 9:30am
• Thursdays at 7:00pm – 8:00pm
• Saturdays at 9:00am – 10:00am
